Prerequisites
- Your account must be BIR-registered to access this feature.
- Ensure the Mall Settings feature is enabled on your account. If not, contact the KaHero Team for assistance.


Step 1: Access General Settings
- Open the back office and navigate to the General Settings section.

Step 2: Select Mall Settings
- On the General Settings, select Mall Settings from the list.

Step 3: Choose "SM Mall" from the Dropdown
- Click on the dropdown menu.
- Select "SM Mall" from the list.

Step 4: Select the Month to Export
- Choose the specific month you wish to export the sales data for.

Step 5: Input the Trade Name and Branch
- Enter the Trade Name and Branch as required.

Step 6: Export Monthly Sales
- Click the "Export Monthly Sales" button to export your certified monthly sales report.

The exported file will be saved in your device as an Excel file and will be located in your Downloads folder. Open the file to review the monthly sales data.
