KaHero POS's back office also helps you view your receipt transactions. You access the back office through KaHero POS app or app.kahero.co.
On the back office, navigate to the "Receipts" section.
Specify which reports you'd like to see. Select a range of date to view
Search for a specific transaction number if you want to view a certain receipt.
A. Transaction # - ID of the receipt/transaction
B. Date - date of the transaction
C. Time - time of the transaction
D. Amount - total amount of the transaction
E. Click on "View Receipt" to view the specific receipt.
