Steps on how to process your BIR with KaHero POS.

A. SOFTWARE ONLY

This is for users using KaHero POS app only.

click here for the BIR Form 1907

  • Go PRO with KaHero - the BIR feature is only applicable if you subscribe as PRO.
  • Secure and fillout the BIR Form 1907 application for permit to use (PTU) POS. Contact your hardware provider for the hardware details.

*On the BIR Form 1907, in No. 1 put X for Stand Alone and fill No. 10 and No. 11 for only KaHero as system provider.

Input/add your Hardware provider details on the below.

  • Message us your COR (Certificate of Registration).
  • Submit your form to your respective RDO (Revenue District Office).
  • Once your receive your PTU, turn on the BIR feature of your KaHero POS account.
  • Complete the BIR Settings.

B. COMPLETE HARDWARE

This is for users using KaHero POS and KaHero Provided Hardware only.

  • Go PRO with KaHero - the BIR feature is only applicable if you subscribe as PRO.
  • Secure and fillout the BIR Form 1907 application for permit to use (PTU) POS.

*On the BIR Form 1907 under No. 12, instead of OD S/N (Serial No.) use IMEI located on About Tablet under Settings of your tablet (Teclast doesn't provide accurate S/N).

  • Message us your COR (Certificate of Registration).
  • Submit your form to your respective RDO (Revenue District Office).
  • Once your receive your PTU, turn on the BIR feature of your KaHero POS account.
  • Complete the BIR Settings.

C. LOOSE LEAF

*Optional

This is if you want to use OR of your printed receipt.

  • Requires form 1900
Note: Do not turn on the BIR Feature unless you secure your PERMIT TO USE provided by your BIR RDO.

On our side, KaHero will provide;

  • Certification, only if client is already PRO.
  • Sworn statement should be provided only if requested by the client.
