You can find all of your customers' online orders on the KaHero POS app. This is where you can keep track of all the online orders made and update the order status.
On the "Navigation Menu", select "Online Order".
This is your Online Orders screen.
You can filter the orders according to status for easy navigation.
You can also filter the orders according to the date of order.
This is the Order Details screen.
Clicking on the "Order Details" buttons shows your customers' delivery information.
You can change the status of the order on the drop down beside the total amount.
Now your customer's order is confirmed! Just go back to this screen to change your customer's order status.
