For XPrinter Receipt Printer + Android Tablet/Cellphone

Before You Start

Step 1: Pair the XPrinter with Bluetooth

  1. Open Settings on your tablet or phone.
  2. Tap Bluetooth.
  3. Turn Bluetooth ON.
  4. Select the XPrinter name.
  5. Wait until the status shows Connected.

Step 2: Allow KaHero App Permissions

Go to: Settings → Apps & Notifications → KaHero App → Permissions

Enable all permissions:
• Camera
• Location
• Microphone
• Notifications
• Storage

Step 3: Login to KaHero POS

  1. Open the KaHero POS app.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Select Store
  4. Select User
  5. Enter PIN

Step 4: Add the Bluetooth Printer

Menu → Device & Integration → Printer

1. Tap Add Printer.

2. Select Interface: Bluetooth.

3. Tap Search/Scan.

4. Select the XPrinter name.

5. Scroll down.

6. Enable Receipt and Bill.

7. Tap Save.
