Device: XPrinter Sticker Printer + Android Tablet/Cellphone + KaHero POS

Before You Start

Step 1: Pair the XPrinter via Bluetooth

  1. Turn ON the XPrinter sticker printer.
  2. Open Settings on your tablet/phone.
  3. Tap Bluetooth and enable it.
  4. Select the XPrinter name.
  5. Wait until it shows Connected.

Step 2: Allow KaHero App Permissions

Go to: Settings → Apps & Notifications → KaHero app → Permissions

Enable all permissions:
• Camera
• Location
• Microphone
• Notifications
• Storage

Step 3: Login to KaHero POS

  1. Open the KaHero POS app.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Select Store
  4. Select User
  5. Enter PIN

Step 4: Add the Sticker Printer

Go to: Menu → Device & Integration → Printer

  1. Tap Add Printer.
  2. Select Interface: Bluetooth.
  3. Tap Search/Scan.
  4. Select the XPrinter name.
  5. Printer Name: Sticker Printer.
  6. Printer Type: Sticker Printer.
  7. Scroll down.
  8. Set Y Position to 50.
  9. Tap Save.
